Firmware updates make it easy to add new features and improve the performance of your device. The Uniblend PLUS epilator uses a Wi-Fi connection for updates, allowing one to use any modern smartphone, tablet, or computer to update firmware.

To perform an update:

1. Download and save the new software file on your gadget (smartphone, tablet or computer) that will be used to perform the update. Do not open this file – just save it.

2. Enter epilator service menu and select the “FW UPDATE” page.

3. Connect your gadget to the Wi-Fi network, which SSID (name) and password are displayed on the screen.

4. Once connected, open the browser on the gadget and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.

5. In the browser click / tap on the file selection field (“Choose file...”) and select the new firmware file.

6. Click the “Upload” button. Please wait until uploading is complete — this may take a few seconds.

After downloading the file, a message will appear on the epilator display indicating that the update was successful. To continue, press the control knob or any of the menu page selection buttons—the epilator will restart with the new software.
